David E. Rutledge, EA, CEP, RFC

David Rutledge is the President of HarvestNET Ministries, the parent of ChurchFinance365, and the principal of Rutledge Financial Group, a tax management and investment firm. For over 30 years, David has worked with churches, non-profits, corporations, and individuals throughout the United States on topics related to finances and tax matters. He serves over 500 different groups annually, assisting them with compliance, tax issues, and finances.

He has been on talk radio and has spoken at many seminars for churches, seminaries, conferences, church financial planners, and Church Conventions on topics dealing with Church Administration, Church Finances, and Personal Finances.

David , is an ordained minister, an IRS and State of California tax compliance expert. He is a graduate of Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary (Gateway Seminary). David has served as a stewardship consultant for a large denomination in California as well as serving on the staff of several churches as interim pastor and associate pastor. Since 1989, David been recognized as an Enrolled Agent, EA, by the Internal Revenue Service, which qualifies him to represent churches, non-profits, corporations and individual before all levels of the IRS and throughout the United States. Enrolled Agent status is the highest credential the IRS Awards with unlimited practice rights.
