Housing Allowance Expense - HOW THE EXCEL WORKS?

1.    Housing Allowance daily expenses will need to be entered into the Monthly Day of the month. 

2.    The Monthly Days will automatically develop a Monthly Total 

3.    The Monthly Totals will automatically become the Annual Total 

4.    The Annual Total is what should be printed out and given to your tax professional for your annual tax preparation. 

"OTHER" Expense Areas on the TOTAL page and on the MONTHLY sheet - This is for you to enter your own category. A CAUTION is that you enter the category in the totals and the monthly sheets in the same order. Otherwise, your totals will not be correct for the category.
